How to request a virtual consultation
- Write to us at info@inteligenciainvestigativa.com.co or use our contact form to describe your case. Please include basic contact details: name, phone, email, and city.
- We will review and classify your case, then assign an investigator who specializes in your specific need. If necessary, we will contact you to gather further information or request supporting documents, and schedule an appointment based on availability.
- Once confirmed, we will send you a meeting link along with an appointment reminder. Virtual consultations are held via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
- If you are unable to attend, please notify us in advance.
